Welcome to Monac Elementary, home of the Monac Hawks.  We are very excited to have your child as part of the Monac Family. Monac has approximately 510 students in Kindergarten through 6th grade.  At Monac, staff, parents, and students work together as a team to provide a safe, welcoming, and positive working environment that promotes success for all students.  Our teachers implement a rigorous curriculum teaching the Common Core State Standards in language arts and math.   Beyond teaching academics, our goal is to empower all of our students to show respect for one another, to play an active role in improving our world, and to become lifelong learners.  We look forward to partnering with our parents and our community in preparing our students for future success.
