Welcome to the Silver Creek Family!!!
Welcome to the inaugural year of Silver Creek Elementary School. We take great pride in the merging of Jackman Elementary and Wernert Elementary as we blend our communities into a strong, inclusive, and welcoming family. Silver Creek is a place where students are ambitious, engaged, and curious about the world in which they live. Our new state of the art facility, provided by our stakeholders will assist in directing that path. Our students are compassionate, creative, and filled with desire to meet new challenges and pursue creative paths to solutions.
We are all very excited about the 2022-23 school year, where classrooms will be full with activities and ideas that challenge and inspire our students.
Our amazing teachers and staff work hard to create an exceptional learning environment for our students. Their dedication is displayed daily in their relationships with students and taking responsibility for all students within our family. They are embracing the opportunities to collaborate and provide a hands-on and motivational learning environment.
We are also welcoming Granger, a three year old golden lab, our school assistance support dog. Granger will be found in the school on a regular basis working with our students under the supervision of a trained handler. We couldn’t be more excited.
Throughout the year, exciting things are happening in our classrooms and on our campus! We encourage you to get involved by joining our Parent Club, volunteering at school activities, and taking an active role in your child's education. You are the best gift you can give your child. You are your child's most important teacher. Spend time with your child. The elementary years go quickly, but they are among the most important and fundamental years of your child’s life. It is my desire to keep the focus on increasing student development and doing whatever it takes to help ALL our students be successful and enjoy coming to school each day. I believe that learning should be fun and that an elementary school should pave the way for a lifetime of learning.

Come see our campus and feel the excitement and energy of our children. Take a tour, meet our faculty, and see for yourself our welcoming family.
