Beginning on Friday, February 11, 2022 and during the remainder of the school year Washington Local Schools will have shortened school days on Fridays -- Early Release Fridays -- so teachers can plan, discuss curriculum, and identify how to meet individual students' needs.

Students will be dismissed early on Fridays starting February 4th, 2022.

K-6 students will be released at 1:30 PM

7-12 students will be released at 12:30 PM

You should expect transportation dismissal routes to run approximately two hours earlier than normal on Early Release Fridays. Students will be severed lunch before dismissal. Families whose children attend after school child care should make appropriate arrangements to address this change in schedule.
