Mathematics curriculum is designed to achieve a balance among concepts, skills, and problem solving. Our curriculum stresses rigorous concept development, presents realistic and relevant tasks, while maintaining a strong emphasis on computational and procedural skills. Mathematics is designed to ensure students are able to make connections among mathematical topics and other disciplines. All students are required to earn four math credits. All students enrolled in math courses are required to have a TI-36x Pro scientific calculator.
