Staff Directions
This is the online district calendar and building permit system. The information entered here by staff and outside community members populates the daily events list on the school website and online calendars. Visitors can only request / reserve resources / spaces that are entered into each building's calendar. Requests follow an approval process unique to each building. Each layer of the process can have one or more staff associated with that layer. To add / edit / remove resources or people please submit a
Help Desk Ticket using the "Building Permits FMX Calendar" topic.
Logging In
Reserve Location / Resource
- Navigate to the desired date on the calendar
- Click on that date then click on "Schedule Request"
- Enter the required information and Submit
- You will receive email updates on the approval process

Creating an Account
- If you do not yet have an account on FMX for Washington Local Schools you will need to create an account.
- Go to https://wls4kids.goFMX.com
- Click on "Need an Account?"
- Fill in the requested information
